‘Tis the season to talk about client boundaries (although honestly, that’s always in season). In this episode, we’ve outlined 12 days of client boundaries that every business owner needs to establish. Here’s a peek at the lineup:

  1. Establishing office hours
  1. Determining your policy for discounts, friends and family pricing, etc.
  1. Treating other professionals and collaborations projects professionally, and not taking them for granted
